How we check

We read each company’s own help and policy pages, link them, and date the read. We ask the same three questions of every product: is it used for training, how long is it kept, and can a person read it.

What a page does not say is marked “Not stated”, never guessed, and never written as “No”. Court and news items are labelled by source type. We do not score, grade or rank products, and the table is alphabetical.

A product is added only after its own pages have been read. If a page cannot be read by our tools, the row says so.

What we do not do

We ask every product the same three questions, in the same order: training, retention, human review. Every cell has a source link and a check date. Where the pages we read say nothing, we write “Not stated” and never leave a cell blank.

The table is alphabetical by default. Filters only narrow the list by a condition you choose, such as showing one question at a time. We do not order products by any judgment.

We do not use visuals that imply a judgment: no traffic lights, no stars, no “recommended” tags, and no colour shading that means good or bad. Labels only distinguish fact types, such as a company’s own statement versus a court document.

How fresh the data is

Each row shows the date its sources were last fully read. Between full reads, sources are checked for changes (automatically, or by hand where a vendor blocks automated reading). Treat the date as the date of the last full read, and check the company’s page before relying on a figure.
